Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

Providing nursing care to a defined group of patients, the full-time Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will coordinate health care services, conduct assessments, and implement care plans in a remote setting for residents of Washington or Idaho.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient nursing care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide telephone consultations and support to patients and their families regarding health care goals and interventions
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

Required qualifications:

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing preferred
• Participation in continued education programs related to nursing practice
