Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse
Job Summary
Providing nursing care to a defined group of patients, the full-time Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate health services in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Provide telephone consultations and educational support to patients and families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to modify care plans based on patient status changes
Required qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing is preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
