Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse
Job Summary
Providing comprehensive nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and offer telephone consultations while adhering to health care standards and collaborating with the health care team.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals and needs
- Collaborate with health care team members to ensure quality care and facilitate necessary services
Required qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing is preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
