Job Summary
Providing nursing care to a defined group of patients, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate healthcare services remotely for patients in Washington or Idaho.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing assessments of nursing care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and families regarding healthcare goals and interventions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care and modify care plans as needed
Required qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License in Washington or a Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus
