Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse
Job Summary
Providing remote nursing care for a defined group of patients, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will coordinate health care services, develop individualized care plans, and deliver telephone consultations while adhering to established nursing standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop written care plans
- Provide telephone consultations and collaborate with the health care team to modify care plans as necessary
- Educate patients and families on health care goals, promoting self-care and compliance with medical regimens
Required qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing or case management preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus
