Job Summary
Providing patient-centered care, the full-time Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and offer telephone consultations while working remotely from Washington or Idaho.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments of nursing care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide telephone consultation and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals and interventions
- Collaborate with health care team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and safety standards are met
Required qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
