Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, coordinate healthcare services, and develop individualized care plans while adhering to established nursing standards and policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop written care plans
• Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and families regarding health care goals and interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

Required qualifications:

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Participation in ongoing education programs related to nursing practice
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing is preferred
