Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

Providing remote nursing care, the full-time Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and offer telephone consultations while adhering to health care standards and collaborating with the health care team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals
• Collaborate with health care team members to modify care plans based on patient status and needs

Required qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Participation in continued education programs to meet professional development needs
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing or case management is preferred
