Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

Providing nursing care to a defined group of patients, the full-time Washington Licensed Call Center Nurse will coordinate health care services, conduct ongoing assessments, and develop individualized care plans while working remotely from Washington or Idaho.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop written care plans
• Provide telephone consultations and ongoing evaluations of patient responses to care
• Collaborate with health care team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required qualifications:

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus
