Washington Licensed Case Manager

Job Summary

To support leave administration and disability case management for a large, multi-site workforce, the part-time Washington Licensed Case Manager will manage an active caseload of FMLA, state leave, Short-Term Disability, and ADA accommodation cases, working in a hybrid environment with onsite days required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of FMLA, state leave, Short-Term Disability, and ADA accommodation cases
• Review and evaluate employee leave requests and supporting documentation to determine eligibility and next steps
• Coordinate with employees, managers, healthcare providers, and HR teams throughout the leave process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on leave management or disability case management experience
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and Short-Term Disability administration
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while meeting strict regulatory deadlines
• Strong written communication skills, including professional email correspondence
• Ability to handle confidential medical and employee information appropriately
