Washington Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Job Summary
To support a behavioral health consult team, the on-call Washington Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide remote clinical assessments and interventions for acute patients via telehealth, conducting psychosocial evaluations and therapeutic services in emergency and inpatient settings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and triage patients through telehealth services
- Provide a full range of clinical social work consult services including treatment recommendations and crisis intervention
- Collaborate with the Psychiatrist on the Enterprise Telehealth team for patient care transitions
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University
- Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire
- 5 years of post-graduate experience in an Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health setting
- Experience with Electronic Health Records, preferably EPIC
