Washington Licensed Conflicts Attorney
Job Summary
To support a leading national law firm, the full-time Temporary Conflicts Staff Attorney will conduct conflicts analyses, review reports, and collaborate with attorneys to resolve potential conflicts in a fully remote setting for approximately 3-6 months, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct and analyze conflicts searches for prospective clients and new matters
- Review conflicts reports to identify potential legal and business conflicts
- Research complex conflict-of-interest issues and assist with conflict waivers
Required qualifications
- JD required
- Prior substantive conflicts analysis experience within a law firm required
- 3+ years of attorney-level conflicts experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of conflicts of interest and applicable Rules of Professional Conduct
- Experience with Intapp Open or a similar conflicts/intake platform preferred
