Job Summary

To build and lead a team of dietitians providing outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy, the full-time Registered Dietitian Manager will manage hiring, coaching, and operational decisions while working remotely from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Utah.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the interviewing, selection, and onboarding process for new dietitians
• Coach and develop team members, setting expectations and providing feedback
• Manage team revenue, profitability, and performance data to drive operational decisions

Required qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
• Applicable state licensure or eligibility to obtain required licensure
• Demonstrated ability to coach others and improve team performance
• Sound judgment and comfort using performance data for decision-making
• Residence in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Utah, or willingness to relocate
