Job Summary
Compassionate and dedicated, the full-time Washington Licensed Hospice Veterinarian will provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets, focusing on meaningful interactions with families while managing a flexible schedule in Tacoma and surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care and in-home euthanasia for pets
- Manage a self-directed schedule with the option to choose workdays and weekends
- Engage with pet owners to answer questions and support them during difficult times
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 90 lbs with assistance
- Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record review
