Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while enjoying flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage inbound sales calls and convert leads into policyholders by matching customers with appropriate insurance products
• Participate in paid training, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license if unlicensed
• Maintain a professional workspace and adhere to scheduled work hours, including weekends

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade customers
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
