Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and assist seniors in selecting appropriate Medicare plans
- Participate in training through Connie Academy to gain knowledge of Medicare fundamentals and sales techniques
- Utilize provided leads and technology to maximize sales and grow a personal book of business
Required qualifications
- Active health insurance license required (life-only or P&C-only licenses do not qualify)
- Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, wireless, mortgage, or insurance
- New to Medicare, with less than one year of Medicare sales experience welcome
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a personal business
- Comfortable using digital tools and sales platforms
