Washington Licensed Mental Health Facilitator

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Washington Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will provide remote telehealth services, facilitate group sessions for adolescent and young adult clients, and collaborate with the care team while adhering to best practices and operational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate group sessions using the latest curriculum and best practices, ensuring client engagement and participation
• Complete onboarding requirements and participate in regular check-ins with the Group Quality Supervisor or Director
• Maintain timely communication with clients and team members, ensuring all documentation is completed within required timeframes

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or a related field
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including group treatment
• Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
• Technical ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions with reliable internet access
