Washington Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Washington Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients via a secure telehealth platform while benefiting from flexible scheduling and comprehensive administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy and complete comprehensive clinical assessments for adult clients
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans while building strong therapeutic relationships
- Participate in monthly clinical case reviews and collaborate with clinical and operational teams for additional support
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Washington independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- 2+ years of direct clinical experience working with adults
- Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth and using electronic health records
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to provide compassionate, empathetic care
- Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
