Job Summary

As a full-time Mortgage Disclosure Desk Specialist in Spokane, WA, the successful candidate will manage TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosures (TRID) and State Compliance for consumer-facing disclosures, with hybrid and fully remote options available.

Key responsibilities

• Send accurate disclosures within regulated timeframes and monitor the Disclosure Pipeline for compliance
• Communicate with Mortgage Loan Originators and Production Partners to ensure timely delivery of disclosures
• Review and document changes in circumstances requiring revised disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required
• At least 1 year of directly related experience and training
• Direct experience with Ellie Mae Encompass is preferred
• Knowledge of residential mortgage lending, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan types
• Familiarity with regulatory governance, including TILA/RESPA, ECOA, and RESPA
