Washington Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Summary

To deliver effective treatment for patients using a virtual platform, the full-time Washington Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant will collaborate with supervising Physical Therapists to implement care plans, track progress, and provide patient education in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Treat patients through ATI's telerehab platform, implementing care plans and reassessing progress regularly
• Support the supervising Physical Therapist in managing caseloads and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner
• Foster a team-based care model by collaborating with the clinical care team and developing skills through mentorship

Required qualifications

• Associates Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in home-state, and eligible for licensure across multiple states
• 3-5 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Proficient with technology and able to provide effective feedback using a virtual platform
• Ability to multitask across multiple cases and comply with state practice acts and payer requirements
