Job Summary

Seeking a Washington Licensed Primary Care Physician for a full-time remote position focused on comprehensive management of a new patient panel, conducting virtual visits, establishing patient relationships, and collaborating with care teams to enhance virtual primary care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual visits addressing acute, chronic, preventive, and mental health care needs
• Establish strong patient relationships to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with health coaches and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care

Required qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• At least 2 years of practice in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• Active Washington state medical license with willingness to obtain additional state licensure
• Experience or strong interest in telehealth and virtual care delivery
