Job Summary
Working remotely full-time, the Washington Licensed Revenue Integrity Analyst will manage charge capture and reimbursement issues, perform data analysis to monitor revenue performance, and assist in developing operational procedures to enhance revenue integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and resolve charge capture and reimbursement issues using various reporting tools
- Analyze billing data to monitor performance metrics and report trends for improvement
- Collaborate with clinical teams to provide education and training on revenue cycle processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6-8 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Coding credential (CPC, COC, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, or RHIA) or intention to obtain within 12 months
- 4 years of experience with Electronic Medical Records and training clinical operations
- Knowledge of Medicare/CMS, Medicaid, and healthcare coding guidelines
