Job Summary
Providing comprehensive nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington Licensed RN Advice Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient management for individuals in Washington or Idaho.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Provide telephone consultations, education, and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and address patient needs
Required qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus
