Washington Licensed RN Advice Nurse
Job Summary
Providing nursing care to a defined group of patients, the full-time Washington Licensed RN Advice Nurse will work remotely, coordinating health care services and collaborating with the health care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and develop written care plans based on patient needs
- Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and families regarding health care goals
- Collaborate with health care team members to modify care plans and ensure quality of care
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
