Washington Licensed RN Advice Nurse

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington Licensed RN Advice Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and offer telephone consultations while adhering to health care standards and collaborating with the health care team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide telephone consultations and coordinate health care services for patients and families
• Implement health promotion strategies and educate patients on self-care and compliance with medical regimens

Required qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing or case management is preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
