Job Summary
Providing nursing care to a defined group of patients, the full-time Washington Licensed RN Advice Nurse will work remotely, ensuring adherence to health care standards while coordinating and facilitating health care services in collaboration with the health care team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals and interventions
- Collaborate with health care team members to modify care plans based on patient responses and needs
Required qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in nursing is not required
