Job Summary
Providing nursing care in a remote capacity, the full-time Washington Licensed RN Advice Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate health services while ensuring adherence to nursing standards and policies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and families regarding health care goals and interventions
- Collaborate with health care team members to modify care plans based on patient responses and needs
Required qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in nursing is preferred but not required
- Participation in continued education programs to meet professional development needs
