Washington Licensed RN Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

Providing remote nursing care to a defined group of patients, the full-time Washington Licensed RN Call Center Nurse will coordinate health care services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized care plans while adhering to established nursing standards and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments of nursing care needs and develop written care plans for patients
• Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and families regarding health care goals and interventions
• Collaborate with health care team members to modify care plans based on patient responses and needs

Required qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing or primary nursing preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
