Washington Licensed RN Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington Licensed RN Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate patient services while adhering to established nursing standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments of nursing care needs and develop written plans of care for patients
• Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals and interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to modify care plans based on patient status and needs

Required qualifications:

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing is preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
