Washington Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Washington Licensed Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale fire station construction projects in a full-time remote capacity, focusing on project cost control, scheduling, and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall project cost control, schedule management, and quality assurance from design phase through project closeout
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate activities of consultants, inspectors, and project support staff
• Ensure compliance with jurisdictional approvals, applicable codes, and maintain accurate project records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of ten years of experience managing multi-million dollar construction projects
• Public sector experience in Washington, preferably with fire station or public safety facilities
• Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, cost control, and financial oversight
• CCM and DBIA certifications, or ability to obtain within 90 days
