Washington Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Washington Licensed Senior Project Manager to manage large-scale fire station construction projects in a full-time, remote capacity, focusing on project cost control, scheduling, and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project cost control, schedule management, and quality assurance from design phase to project closeout
• Ensure compliance with jurisdictional approvals, codes, and standards while maintaining project records and reports
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate activities of technical discipline members, consultants, and contractors

Required qualifications

• Public sector experience in Washington, preferably with fire station or public safety facilities in the last 5 years
• Proven ability to manage complex capital projects through the full lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, cost control, and financial oversight
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience managing multi-million dollar construction projects
