Job Summary

To support the delivery of integrated care, the part-time Washington Licensed Teletherapy Physical Therapist will treat patients remotely, managing teletherapy sessions and providing orthopedic care following initial in-person brace fittings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions and monitor patient progress through teletherapy
• Perform six initial in-person brace fittings for patients from your existing caseload
• Utilize provided screening tools to identify appropriate candidates for teletherapy referrals

Required qualifications

• Active physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license in Washington
• Experience working in home health or another in-home setting
• Ability to evaluate and provide treatment to patients
