Job Summary

To lead a dedicated Dietetics team providing outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy, the full-time Registered Dietitian Manager will manage hiring, coaching, and operational decisions while working remotely from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Utah.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to build and develop the dietitian team
• Coach and manage team performance through regular feedback and performance management
• Own team revenue and profitability, using financial data to guide operational decisions

Required qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
• Applicable state licensure or eligibility to obtain required licensure
• Prior management experience with direct reports, including hiring and performance management
• Experience using operational and financial data to manage team capacity and profitability
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
