Washington RN Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington RN Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate health services while adhering to established nursing standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and families regarding health care goals and interventions
• Collaborate with health care team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License in Washington or a Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing or case management preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
