Washington RN Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive nursing care in a remote capacity, the full-time Washington RN Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate healthcare services for patients while adhering to established nursing standards and protocols.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide telephone consultations and nursing interventions, ensuring patient and family education
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to evaluate patient responses and modify care plans as necessary

Required qualifications:

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing is preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
