Washington RN Call Center Nurse
Job Summary
Providing remote nursing care for a defined group of patients, the full-time Washington RN Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate healthcare services while adhering to established standards and policies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing assessments of nursing care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and families regarding health care goals and interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and modify care plans as necessary
Required qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License in Washington or a Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing is preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
