Washington RN Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

Providing nursing care to a defined group of patients, the full-time RN Call Center Advice Line Nurse will work remotely from Washington or Idaho, coordinating health care services and collaborating with the health care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments and develop written care plans based on patient needs
• Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals and interventions
• Collaborate with health care team members to modify care plans and ensure quality of care

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care or case management preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
