Job Summary
Providing comprehensive nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington RN Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient management while living in Washington or Idaho.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patients' nursing care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide telephone consultations and nursing interventions, ensuring safe and competent care delivery
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and address psychosocial, cultural, and emotional needs
Required qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends
