Washington RN Call Center Nurse
Job Summary
Providing patient care and nursing assessments, the full-time Washington RN Call Center Nurse will coordinate health care services remotely for patients in Washington or Idaho, ensuring adherence to nursing standards and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments of nursing care needs and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals and interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and modify care plans as needed
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Must reside in Washington or Idaho
