Washington RN Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

Providing nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington RN Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate healthcare services for patients in Washington or Idaho.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments of nursing care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide telephone consultations and educate patients and families on health care goals and compliance
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and safety standards

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing preferred
• Knowledge of nursing standards and practices
