Job Summary
Providing comprehensive nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington RN Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate health services while adhering to established nursing standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and develop written care plans for a defined group of patients
- Provide telephone consultations and educational support to patients and their families

Required qualifications:
