Washington RN Call Center Nurse
Job Summary
Providing remote nursing care for patients, the full-time Washington RN Call Center Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate health services while adhering to established nursing standards and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals and interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
Required qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing is preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
