Job Summary
As a pivotal link between clients and the organization, the full-time remote Washington Solutions Engineer will manage technical relationships, design and configure solutions, and collaborate with sales teams to drive business outcomes across enterprise accounts in the Seattle metro area.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor across enterprise accounts, partnering with Client Executives to drive strategy and close business
- Architect and configure solutions tailored to customer environments, managing multiple deals simultaneously
- Engage in discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless outcomes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering within a quota-driven environment
- Proven success with enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers in complex sales cycles
- Strong background in infrastructure technologies, including SAN, NAS, and hybrid cloud solutions
- Experience designing and configuring solutions that translate customer requirements into deployable outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple deals across different stages and priorities while collaborating with channel partners
