Washington State Cash Representative

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time Washington State Cash Representative will prepare and post insurance and patient payments, process banking transactions, and maintain daily cash records while working remotely from Washington State.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post all insurance and patient payments to accounts accurately and timely
• Process cash banking transactions and maintain daily records of hospital bank deposits
• Make corrections to insurance codes and information on patient accounts as necessary

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Two years prior experience in a hospital or clinical business office preferred
