Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the contract Attorney will take depositions in plaintiff-side personal injury cases remotely, with a clear path to partnership and six-figure earnings potential.
Key responsibilities
- Take approximately 5-10 depositions in personal injury cases through the end of the year, with potential for additional work in January
- Prepare thoroughly for each deposition, including case and witness review
- Conduct most depositions remotely via Zoom
Required qualifications
- Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
- Solid experience taking depositions in personal injury or civil litigation matters
- Strong preparation, questioning, and litigation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle depositions virtually
