Washington State Licensed Attorney Training Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategic planning and execution of attorney training initiatives, the hybrid remote Senior Manager of Attorney Training & CLE Compliance will ensure compliance with Continuing Legal Education (CLE) regulations while managing training programs and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement firmwide attorney training programs across various skill areas
- Manage daily operations of the CLE and attorney training teams, including budget oversight
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programming based on feedback and firm goals
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in attorney professional development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Bachelor's Degree required; JD or advanced degree in adult learning or organizational development preferred
- Proven ability to design and manage sophisticated training programs in a law firm setting
- Expertise in CLE rules, accreditation, and tracking tools
- Strong leadership and team development skills
