Washington State Licensed Behavioral Health Manager
Job Summary
To support the development and implementation of long-range behavioral health program strategies, the full-time Washington State Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will manage projects, facilitate clinical training programs, and enhance relationships within the provider community, all while working remotely with occasional travel.
Key responsibilities
- Lead behavioral health program development and integration activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive quality improvements in behavioral health products through cross-functional initiatives
- Develop and deliver educational materials and training for associates and providers on behavioral health strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, or a related human service field; Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in the public sector; managed care experience preferred
- Washington State Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) required
- Experience with Washington State Medicaid and/or the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) is strongly preferred
