Job Summary

To support the Extended Handler Bodily Injury (EHBI) Casualty Unit, the fully remote Attorney Repped Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate and resolve attorney-represented bodily injury claims, confirming facts of loss, determining coverage and liability, and negotiating settlements while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and manages complex cases accordingly
• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships within the company
• Handles investigations regarding all aspects of complex auto claims, exercising discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

• Solid background in bodily injury assessment and coverage investigation
• Experience managing a heavy caseload while maintaining customer focus
• Familiarity with Colossus and handling Washington State claims is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in negotiating moderate to complex injury claims
