Washington State Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical nutrition model, the part-time Washington State Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee the development of a network of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs), co-develop clinical frameworks, and manage a direct-care caseload, all while working remotely on approximately 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a framework for building and growing the CookUnity RDN network, including recruitment and vetting processes
• Co-develop disease-specific nutrition protocols and establish standards for culturally responsive care delivery
• Provide clinical oversight and quality assurance for the RDN network, including conducting chart audits and facilitating peer review sessions

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Active state dietitian licensure where required by state of practice
• 5+ years of clinical RD experience focusing on chronic disease management
• Demonstrated experience delivering Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with behavior change frameworks, including Motivational Interviewing
