Job Summary
To support the Front Line Care team, the full-time Washington State Licensed Clinician will provide clinical expertise, build relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and assist in retention and implementation activities, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical subject matter expertise on the safe and effective use of Front Line Care products, focusing on key quality metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical decision-makers to support retention and implementation of clinical solutions
- Coordinate account activities including education, clinical troubleshooting, and workshops with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Current RN (Registered Nurse) license or equivalent certification as per state requirements
- Relevant clinical certifications such as CCRN, APRN, or VA-BC
- Experience in clinical support and relationship management within healthcare settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse clinical stakeholders
- Strong clinical acumen and presentation skills
